About QDOS Breakdown:

QDOS Breakdown is an emerging force in the motor breakdown and vehicle recovery market. We are also known as QDOS Rescue Services and are a trading style of QDOS Insurance Services, who has operated as an insurance intermediary since 2007. We started selling breakdown cover on the internet in February 2011 and have never looked back.

“I can only comment on the sign-up procedure, which was quick and simple to understand. The proof of the "pudding" will be if I should ever need to use your services. I am a 71 year old female pensioner and it is the latter which will be what I would want to comment on.”

“I'd never heard of QDOS before reading the reviews. When I rang up for a quote, however, I got a real person straightaway, who spoke English, and who was helpful and pleasant and knowledgeable. The confirmation documentation also arrived promptly and so far I am really pleased with QDOS. I wish they did car and home insurance too!”

“I used QDOS because they were one of the few compainies who will take on cars over tens years old - these are probably less likely to break than new compilcated cars! Never had to make claim or use their systems fortunately but the purchsing of cover was very straightforward.”

“On-line was not able to cope with what I wanted to do, therefore telephoned, spoke to a very helpful gentleman who sorted things out, quickly and efficiently, unlike other customer service centres who don't seem to know or are able to solve issues without passing you to others, or giving you a run around and more numbers to call. Polite and courteous throughout our telephone conversation and understandable.”

“Ease of purchase at very short notice was nothing to the service I received 10 days later when I broke down in France at lunchtime on the last Saturday in August , arguably one of the busiest days on French roads. It took a 2-3 days for the garage to obtain the spare part but I was kept constantly updated, provided with immediate car hire and more than acceptable hotel accommodation”
