QDOS Breakdown is an emerging force in the motor breakdown and vehicle recovery market. We are also known as QDOS Rescue Services and are a trading style of QDOS Insurance Services, who has operated as an insurance intermediary since 2007. We started selling breakdown cover on the internet in February 2011 and have never looked back.

“Seems OK so far - however, only time can really tell. My car is a Skoda. So very reliable I'm glad to say. "Proof of the pudding" would be what happens should I require breakdown assistance. If that did happen, I hope that any callout would be dealt with as promptly as possible and efficiently. HJM”

“It was easy to purchase breakdown cover and at a good price. The member of staff on the telephone on customer services was very helpful, polite and gave me a discount for staying with them for the second year running. I have not had to call them out as yet, so I cannot comment on their call out service. Overall I am happy with the service I received.”

“From making the decision to being accepted was a matter of minutes. A very competitive quote too that appears to offer a lot of extras for a reasonable price. The on line form was straightforward and the information required was easily sourced. However, completing an on line application process is vastly different to the need for the service, when required. So here's hoping that the speed with which I obtained the breakdown insurance is also reflected in the level of service, if needed!”

“i purchased european breakdown and i told your adviser that we would cross over from Dover on the 27th june and return on the 12th july ie 16 days but your adviser said that it was 17 days so i would have to pay extra because of an extra day,but when i came off the telephone i checked and i was right so i was charged extra for no reason apart from your man at the other end of the telephone cannot add up so i was not 100% happy. yours A.H.Skerratt”
