About QDOS Breakdown:

QDOS Breakdown is an emerging force in the motor breakdown and vehicle recovery market. We are also known as QDOS Rescue Services and are a trading style of QDOS Insurance Services, who has operated as an insurance intermediary since 2007. We started selling breakdown cover on the internet in February 2011 and have never looked back.

“My contact with the QDOS representative on the telephone was second to none. She was a great help and with her assistance we managed to sort out a problem. Haven't used the breakdown service yet but hope it's as professional as she was.”

“I can certainly recommend the QDOS Breakdown service for its excellent Customer service team who are an absolute pleasure to deal with ! Utmost politeness and courtesy are extended to customers both at initial "Signing up " and also on subsequent renewal of annual cover ! I have been fortunate not to have needed to call out for rescue service since I joined .... but if the recovery service response and quality of service matches the customer liason ...then I have no worries whatsoever ! Those who have needed assistance after breakdown have all commented on the excellence of cover that QDOS offer so I am confident that if ever I need to call for help ...I'll be in good hands ! In over 40 years of driving , I have used many of the " big names " in the Rescue marketplace ...... but none have matched QDOS ! Great service :)”

“The only query I have is: 1. It does not state in the e mail if any written documents are sent to us by post or the only record is by printing the pages off the computer. 2. It does not give clear instruction as to which tel number to contact if you breakdown. It only refers to making a claim and to obtain a claim form? Not too clear on its wording.”
