QDOS Breakdown is an emerging force in the motor breakdown and vehicle recovery market. We are also known as QDOS Rescue Services and are a trading style of QDOS Insurance Services, who has operated as an insurance intermediary since 2007. We started selling breakdown cover on the internet in February 2011 and have never looked back.

“Nice to find a recovery company that will insure vehicles over 11 years old for breakdown recovery abroad, which was what I wanted as I was travelling in France for a fortnight in a 12 year old Tranny van, in fact i'm writing this from there now. Also cheaper than the big players and will look into home recovery once back. Can't really say highly recommended as I've not broken down, touch wood, but so far i'm glad I've got peace of mind abroad. Thanks a lot QDOS. *****”

“What attracted me to QDOS is that their breakdown policy is competitively priced and what many other policy providers charge as extras, are included as standard in the policy purchased from QDOS. With the car only being 5 years old, I buy breakdown cover for peace of mind. In the two years I have been with QDOS, I have only ever needed to call them out once to assist me in a car battery failure. Within 35 minutes of making that call a mechanic arrived to deal with the problem. This is impressive especially given that it was only 3 days before Christmas, a busy time in anyones diary. It took a matter of minutes to rectify the problem and the mechanic was polite and professional. The whole process from reporting the issue was handled with speed, efficiency and total respect for the customer and ensured that any inconvenience caused to me by this small technical fault was resolved quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending QDOS as a quality provider of breakdown cover.”

“Really good service. Call centre contact was professional and very helpful. My motorbike was collected within 45 minutes of the call by a specialist vehicle. The recovery driver was clearly experienced and loaded and secured the bike in way that gave me a lot of confidence.”
