About QDOS Breakdown:

QDOS Breakdown is an emerging force in the motor breakdown and vehicle recovery market. We are also known as QDOS Rescue Services and are a trading style of QDOS Insurance Services, who has operated as an insurance intermediary since 2007. We started selling breakdown cover on the internet in February 2011 and have never looked back.

“I found the booking of the vehicle cover very easy with all questions about what is covered etc answered to my satisfaction that what I was paying for would give peace of mind should a problem with the vehicle arise - whether for a minor breakdown ( E.G puncture or similar) or something more serious (E.G a mechanical breakdown not related to wear and tear).....”

“I received an email stating my car breakdown was up for renewal. I checked other companies online and QDOS was very god value for money. I had a few questions so I contacted the helpline by teleohone, the staff were professional and efficent. I purchased the breakdown over the telephone, my confirmation was sent by email. I have not used the service and I hope I do not have to, but I feel confident if ever needed I would receive a very good service.”

“There were cheaper breakdown quotations, but decided to buy their cover after reading reviews. My car broke-down in Germany, and had to contact them. The lady on the phone was very helpful and helped me to calm down (I was a bit panic). She organised everything, and rescue arrived as promised. Excellent customer service and reasonablly-priced cover.”

“Ordering cover was a doddle. Website is clearly laid out and it's easy to check the policy wording. Confirmation e-mail with the documentation arrived quickly after ordering. You don't get a fancy membership pack or card through the post, but then you don't need one and it saves costs. Just keep a note of your policy number with you or in the car. Saved over £80 compared with my previous AA cover. Thankfully, I've not had to try the actual breakdown bit yet, so can't comment on that.”
