QDOS Breakdown is an emerging force in the motor breakdown and vehicle recovery market. We are also known as QDOS Rescue Services and are a trading style of QDOS Insurance Services, who has operated as an insurance intermediary since 2007. We started selling breakdown cover on the internet in February 2011 and have never looked back.

“What I found was that I received an e-mail from QDOS reminding me that my policy was due for review at £25 which was around £8 more than last year, I was not prepared to pay this amount so I went on the internet and went through QDOS for next year which the policy came to approx. £17 which is acceptable, could you explain this problem. I cannot give any recommendation on QDOS at present due to the fact I have not required their services but at present if the price remains competitive you will require my custom”

The brief encounters with customer services have been very good, with calls being answered quickly and issues resolved in a fair and transparent way. So far it has been a very positive experience.”

“I have bought cover twice from QDOS. Very good value. I had cause to use it once when driving back from the south of france to get a ferry. The engine suddenly went lumpy and was very difficult to drive. QDOS helped me establish what the problem was and gave me the option of the breakdown service. I decided to try to limp back to the terminal for the last 150 miles. They were in constant contact with me to ask how it was going. I have to say, I was very impressed!”

“I noticed a post on MoneySavingExpert.com that someone had bought this instead of the expensive alternatives so thought I'd check it out. It had a good website and it was easy to contact them and sign up so that was very efficient. I can't comment on what would happen if we broke down as, fortunately, it didn't happen. But, like insurance, that's what you'd hope - that it's just a 'safety net' !”

“No problem with application process. Carefully read other peoples comments before applying. Everything was clearly explained and the price is very competitive. Hopefully, I'll never need the breakdown service, but if I do, judging by other peoples comments, it should be an easy and pain free experience”
