QDOS Breakdown is an emerging force in the motor breakdown and vehicle recovery market. We are also known as QDOS Rescue Services and are a trading style of QDOS Insurance Services, who has operated as an insurance intermediary since 2007. We started selling breakdown cover on the internet in February 2011 and have never looked back.

“Called them out twice last year. Arrived within 1/2 hr. Clutch failure on first call. only 67000 on clock. 2nd call out with engine management fault, garage took 3 days to sort. Very pleased that they were able to locate me by my directions, no road numbers required. Good customer service with the recovery drivers. Recovered to the garage of my choice. Would Award 5 stars for policy price & breakdown Response.”

“The best £56 I have ever spent! To be honest there were some gliches, mainly to do with communication but I can overlook this in favour of what we got when our car broke down, we needed a hotel at 1am, we needed to get home and then have our car sent back to the UK weeks later. This did take 6 weeks but we are lucky to have another car at home so this wasn't a problem for us, and it did take a bit of chasing. A word to the wise, breaking down in France is very different to the UK, if you are going, do your research so that you have realistic expectations if it happens to you!”

“I joined more than a year ago and had a problem with my car which needed to go to a garage. One phone call sorted it and the breakdown truck arrived in less than an hour. Great service. When the renewal was due, the price had actually gone down a little, rather than skyrocketing like some breakdown services. I've already recommended this service to people I know. Real value for money”

“You only know how good an insurance company is, when you have to call them with a problem. I recently had the misfortune to break down in Northern Spain, (Pyrenees) the service/help I received was second to none ! I was treated like a friend in need and was looked after efficiently with a personal approach. I would not hesitate to recommend any one to use QDOS, the other bikers in my group are all changing to them next year.”

“First experience with QDOS..Thankfully ive not had reason to call anyone out, & hopefully it will stay that way. I understand that QDOS is a 'New Kid on the block' but for now can only give full praise for the Professional approach from their staff during setting up the Breakdown cover.. Top marks & good to have a UK based call centre.. Say no more!!! Hope they deliver as good a service should they be required on the roadside....”
