QDOS Breakdown is an emerging force in the motor breakdown and vehicle recovery market. We are also known as QDOS Rescue Services and are a trading style of QDOS Insurance Services, who has operated as an insurance intermediary since 2007. We started selling breakdown cover on the internet in February 2011 and have never looked back.

“Only found out about QDOS by doing a Google search on breakdown providers. A little hesitant to commit to QDOS as have not seen or heard anything about your company but the website seems quite detailed and answered all my questions. It would have been nice to receive a one page summary with contact numbers to print rather than just the whole document.”

“The policy appears to be very comprehensive. The website is very slick and easy to use. My policy documentation came through immediately. I'm not going to write a lengthy review as the true worth of this policy will only become apparent if one tried to claim against it. We would then see if the cheap initial price was value for money if they failed to pay out or live up to their promise. I'm obviously hoping that I don't need to claim!”

“After calling various break down companies, I found QDOS a breath of fresh air to deal with; competitively priced and offering the same level of cover as other more expensive companies. It's one of those expenses that you need but hope you will never use but if I do, I know I will be ok with QDOS.”

“Apparently the site does not allow some email addresses which meant I had to contact customer services and fill in the application twice You would not expect this and QDOS need to remedy it. I was renewing and the process should be easier Breakdown service is fine”

“I purchased my breakdown cover with Qdos because we had an unfortunate accident in France earlier on this year - and we had cover with Qdos - they were brilliant from arranging removal of the car to a garage, to changing the ferry crossing times - they even phoned to see that we had got home safely - brilliant won't use anyone else”

“I was with QDOS last year and when I received a renewal email from them I found it very disappointing that there was no option to simply renew my existing policy. You either had to in put all your information again or you could telephone QDOS and renew that way which I thought defeated the online system. Had I have had to input all my information again I would simply have gone through a comparison website which would of potentially made me leave QDOS and go elswhere”

“Good knowledgable staff on the phone when buying cover, I like in particular the fact that they now provide cover for trailers up to 8 metres in length for european breakdown / recovery. I have not had to test provided as yet!”
