QDOS Breakdown is an emerging force in the motor breakdown and vehicle recovery market. We are also known as QDOS Rescue Services and are a trading style of QDOS Insurance Services, who has operated as an insurance intermediary since 2007. We started selling breakdown cover on the internet in February 2011 and have never looked back.

“Contacted me straight away when I left them a message... They discounted there prices and sorted it all out over the phone! All I had to do was pay and it was a very competitive price......I just hope I never have to call them for a breakdown as that is a headache when the car doesn't work, but imagine they would sort that out with no hastles anyway!”

“I've found the Qdos representatives I've dealt with on the phone to be very friendly, helpful and informative since joining in June 2013. I've only needed one call out: old car, fairly flat battery but was impressed that a mechanic was with me within around 30 minutes. This is even more impressive given that I live in the Highlands of Scotland. Thank you.”

“I choose QDOS for simple reasons !!!! I have RAC UK cover but they wanted to charge me well over the odds for my 11 day trip to France. QDOS was cheaper and had the DEFACTO 5* rating and RAC only had 2*. I have a young child and needed to know that we were correctly covered even though my car is serviced on the dot and will have a multipoint check before i travel.”

“I have recently purchased this breakdown cover for a forthcoming trip to France and Belgium. I chose the policy based on the cost (very competitive) and the reviews on the QDOS website which, with one exception were very positive. The reviews spoke well of the service provided when it was necessary to make a claim, which I feel is the most important aspect of any policy. The purchasing procedure was very straightforward though I was unsure of the date I should enter for the policy to commence: is this the date of travel or a sooner date at least 48-hours in advance?”

“Qdos was recommended to me by a friend who had his car written off whilst travelling through Norway last year. He has told me how impressed he was with Qdos when it came to recovering the damaged vehicle, arranging a replacement hire car for the duration of the holiday, etc. So I had no hesitation in arranging my own breakdown cover with Qdos for my trip to France this year. The application form was simple, the price was good. I only hope I don't need to use their services!”
