QDOS Breakdown is an emerging force in the motor breakdown and vehicle recovery market. We are also known as QDOS Rescue Services and are a trading style of QDOS Insurance Services, who has operated as an insurance intermediary since 2007. We started selling breakdown cover on the internet in February 2011 and have never looked back.

“Before purchasing my Breakdown Cover, I rang your company to check something first. I was very impressed by the courteous and helpful service I received from the person I spoke to. I think he was called 'Adam'. Even if I do not have the correct name of the person I spoke to, the customer experience was very good so I felt confident purchasing cover from you.”

“Let's face it - doing the annual renewals is a real nuisance! This time round things were quick easy and painless - Firstly, the QDOS pricing stood out from the others on the comparison site so I gave it a try - the QDOS website was clear and straightforward, it was easy to understand exactly what was being offered, and most of all, for the cover you get, the price is really good!”

Very impressed with service so far- hopefully will not need breakdown service but at least have confidence in their customer care.”

“When I joined in 2013 I had to make a home call for assistance to charge a flat battery within a few weeks of joining. I was pleased to note this year that there was no increase ,but to my surprise a decrease in my subscription ! The callout responded in about 30minutes and I was on my way within the hour now that is what I call service. S. S , Hull”
