“I have been asked to pay for express delivery so I would receive the goods the next day. However they didn't turn up until the Friday about 1pm, so to say I am a tad aggrieved is an understatement. You should not charge people for a service they don't receive.

“You listen to what the flooring trade want and not sell products that you think we may want at a price you think we may pay eg. Your premium gripper yes it is more expensive than other leading brands yes there is less in a box but if you are doing a quality installation you end up double banking their gripper so using twice as much,keep up doing what you are doing don't listen too the discount market and we will support you in every way.quality comes at a price. There are enough of us out the fed up with Micky mouse products”
“Had two deliverys of underlay now. Tried 3 different types. Last batch, have had alot of hard lumps throughout a few of the rolls. Also, last delivery. Driver damaged garage door which i have phoned trdnsport aswell as rep on a few occasions and said i be phoned back, and never have. I will be deductinng the cost of the damage now from last invoice.”
