“Having had dealings with Q A for many years....I find the service is very good. delivery of said items very good. the reps are very good.... the only thing that lets your company down.. is your accounts department... you overcharge every time i place an order.. and you have to correct it... which delays payments to your selves.. and your accounts department dont always see this.. delay as fair...as a company we do a payment run once fortnightly and thats it.. if you miss it because you have not issued credit notes..then that is not our fault... sorry to be blunt... but that is how I see it.”
