“We were interested in the Luvanto Country Oak Endure Pro. We had 3 plank samples of the Endure Pro, which were all perfect in colour, tone and had a fairly soft grain pattern, ideal for our locations. We also had 3 plank samples of the Country Oak Click+, which we would've preferred, as its much cheaper for our budget. However the Click+ Country Oak was a different colour from the Endure Pro Country Oak, and with a strong stripey grain pattern. So we ordered 37sq m of Endure Pro. When it came, it was the same colour and pattern of our Click+ plank samples, and not even remotely similar to the 3 plank samples we'd had of the Endure Pro. We had to cancel our fitter, and send the whole consignment of 17 boxes back, for a refund. Total waste of time, Luvanto should send samples out that are a true representation of the product you're going to buy. Luvanto might say that there is bound to be some variations between the samples and the actual product, but the manager of Floorstore Stoke told them that they were so different that they could have been a totally different product. 5 stars from Floorstore, 0 stars for Luvanto.”
“The product is perfect for all my downstairs rooms including hall conservatory kitchen cloakroom to achieve a seamless look. Endure Pro is one of the few products on the market that can do this.As it is a floating system it could be laid on a new screed & underfloor heating without worry over future movement.
