“The pillows are of excellent quality. Unfortunately, Putnams chose to partner with the useless Royal Mail, which makes the overall experience extremely frustrating. Hence 1 star.”
“The pillow was great, did what I wanted it to but there was an extremely long delivery time so that by the time it came I was already on holiday, delaying the benefits of it for 8 weeks froim the time I was told to buy one.”
