“My delivery went a bit pear shape initially due to an address labelling error but Putnams was very good regarding their customer service and the story had a happy ending . The goods ordered were all excellent as you would expect from such a great firm.”

“The order process was easy and the mattress wedge arrived in the timescale stated. We have been very happy with it but It was very expensive and I was dismayed when offered a code for 5% discount as soon as I had ordered and paid and then another a few days later for 10% discount. It would be better for everyone during these hard times if the prices were reduced overall as it's not something that I would buy again.”
