“The wedge was extremely uncomfortable and actually started to cause me physical pain. When i tried to return it customer service refused to accept the return as i had removed the wedge from the plastic bag it arrived in, despite it being in 2 separate pillow cases, and me also wrapping it in another before trialling it! BEWARE of purchasing from this company. Only do so if you are certain you will like the product as they make it impossible for you to return an item. By wrapping the items in a plastic bag with a sticker saying 'no returns once opened for hygiene reasons' they have you, as it is impossible to test a pillow in a plastic bag, so you have to open it. Very very disappointed with this company. I would not purchase from them again.”
