“I absolutely love my buckwheat hulls pillow, I was hesitant as it’s not cheap, but if I calculated how much I’ve spent on pillows over 40 years? Yeah, I’m not going to go there!

“I purchased a wool knee pillow which we are really enjoying as a oroduct. However, I ordered in what I thought was in good time for a Christmas present and when it failed to arrive a week beforehand I contacted Putmans and was told that there was a two week lead in for manufacture. I was relying on the present and although I was given a discount, I was unhappy that this had not been made clear on the ordering page. I was told that this was described on another general page of the website, but I hadn’t the time to read all about the company so was put in a difficult position in regard to the present’s absence on Christmas Day!! To improve your service you should make this very clear on your ordering page as there was absolutely no reference to this and if I’d seen it I wouldn’t have ordered your product as a present. I support lots of aspects of your company, but this really should be made clear on the ordering page with a link to further information about timings.”
“Excellent sleep, I tried a big pillow but my OH got annoyed at the space it took up. It also looked so messy when I made the bed (not very Hinch). I am nearly due (39 weeks) and I could not sleep or nap without this pillow. I am a size 8/10 normally and have not used the full width possible so it would also work for bigger girls or those with twins. Love love love.”
“A small pillow just right for resting the neck whilst sitting in a not so comfortable arm chair or as in my case, resting my knee whilst sleeping on my side. The shape is ideal. I now own two and my only negative comment is that the cover on the new one seems to be a little less soft than my former purchase.
As regards to service and prompt dispatch Putnams is top notch. The postal system sadly is a little less prompt in delivery.”
