“I have always been very happy with Putnams in the past, however, since I have become disabled and a full time wheelchair user I am very disappointed that Putnams do not allow all purchases to be VAT free for those who qualify. All the other retailers dealing with items for disabled people that I deal with allow this. Being disabled means I have to purchase many items solely due to my disability and they are generally very expensive, so not having to pay VAT helps enormously.”
