“The headrest arrived very promptly and was in good condition when it arrived. It is slightly overfilled for my use but I am adjusting it by taking out some of the stuffing as advised. It is quite convenient to use and does not look out of place on the chair.”

“I was unfortunate in that the delivery failed to include the castors and Allen keys. The delivery of these was about a week later and it seemed to me that the fitting of the castors has not been debugged. I finally worked out an easy way using dry lubricant in the plug holes. Subsequently I emailed Putnams with my method.
I am not too happy with the chair since it doesn't seem to suit my back. I am for the moment persisting.”
