“Having contacted Putnam’s prior to purchase of a full size mattress wedge, I was very pleased with the content of the communication leading up to the purchase.
My concerns were the price and the guarantee.
I purchased two wedges in two separate orders and received a discount. I have been informally guaranteed the purchase for a longer time.
The product arrived well packaged, the two piece wedge fitted in to the cover with relative ease but you do need two people!
I feel the wedge is expensive for what it is but there is very little competition! If it lasts ten years then I’ll be very pleased.
Having suffered from acid reflux for two years , raising the height of my mattress one end (head) really has improved my sleep and I think the wedge will become more popular with people.
If the price was more competitive I would have happily given Putnam’s top score.
