“What an excellent company.I bought the wrong size of pillow initially and had to return it and re-order. The new pillow arrived quickly and the refund for the one I bought in error wes refunded without any problems. The sign of a good company to me is one that returns your money if you order in error without any hasstle or delay.”
“Their Returns/refund policy is laughable. They say:
"Please note that our pillows are sent out in heat sealed hygiene wrappings and once the seal has been opened they cannot be returned to us."
So:
1. No one will try out a pillow that is still in plastic as it stinks of plastic
2. You have to try the pillow out for a few days/weeks to see if it will suit you
This affectively means that they never do returns. So don't bother buying one as you're making a large investment in a new pillow with no hope of returning it if it doesn't suit you!!!”
