Though the knee pillow I bought from them was a total disappointment, I intend to purchase their 'body pillow', hoping it will be more suitable to my needs. So no, I am not disappointed in the Company, just this one particular item!”
“Our Doctor informed us that we should raise our bed at our head end by around 4 inches to help our health problems. He suggested putting a book under the end but we did not think that this would be a good suggestion so we went looking and found Putnams. We do have a high mattress and with the Putnams wedges it made it a little strange getting into and out of bed, but we become used to it. Now we find our health has improved and hope that this will continue. Many thanks Putnams.”

“My Osteopath recommended Putnam's pillows to help with my neck. They were very helpful over the phone and suggested a pillow to order. It arrived very quickly but unfortunately, after trying it for a few nights and showing it to my Osteopath, we decided it was too high for me. I returned it and ordered the child size, which has just arrived. Hopefully, this will be better. The pillows themselves look well made and everyone at Putnam's has been really helpful and friendly. The service they offer is excellent both pillows arrived quickly as did my refund. Great service being able to try a pillow and return if not right but be warned this is at your own expense and to return the other one cost £11. I'm just desperate for a good night's sleep hence ordering a second and risking having to send it back if it's not right. Fingers crossed! Have given 3 *** only because the first pillow wasn't right and the cost of returning it.”
“The website indicated suitability of a product for a particular condition. I purchased it but it was not suitable. I returned it for a refund and Putnams processed this promptly. The website says that they can produce pressure relief products with custom cutouts and customers should contact them to discuss. I asked specifically about these, with details, by email but they only referred me to their standard products without answering my questions. Service from this company is no better and no worse than average.”
