“The cushion itself is great quality, my issue was with the order itself. I asked if they delivered to Amazon lockers when I put in my order and as I heard nothing back, I also emailed them to ask. I still heard nothing back until Amazon said the product had arrived at a warehouse. Putnams need to be a lot more responsive to emails and they also need to put a note that no orders to lockers such as Amazon or InPost are possible (surprising in this day and age for sure!).”
“Right, let me say that it may seem odd to give 5 stars to a product I sent back but please bear with me. The reason I sent it back was because the process for sending it back and receiving a refund was so seemless. I've even forgotten if I paid the postage back as if I did it was relatively small and the process so clean. I received an email massage too telling me the payment was being sent to my account. So, at the end of the day bravo for that part of the process.
There was absolutely no issue sending it back and if I did pay postage well I think that would have been fair enough after all I did get to try it and company's should be able to get you to pay return postage in any case and since the returns policy was very well executed you can rest assured you could try it and see for yourself and have no bother getting a refund.”
