“Right, let me say that it may seem odd to give 5 stars to a product I sent back but please bear with me. The reason I sent it back was because the process for sending it back and receiving a refund was so seemless. I've even forgotten if I paid the postage back as if I did it was relatively small and the process so clean. I received an email massage too telling me the payment was being sent to my account. So, at the end of the day bravo for that part of the process.
There was absolutely no issue sending it back and if I did pay postage well I think that would have been fair enough after all I did get to try it and company's should be able to get you to pay return postage in any case and since the returns policy was very well executed you can rest assured you could try it and see for yourself and have no bother getting a refund.”

“I originally ordered the Deluxe 10cm Pressure Cushion with the Bony Parts Cut Out to help with hamstring tendinopathy. Unfortunately, it was just a little too high for me to use comfortably in the driver's seat of my car, as there wasn't enough clearance under the steering wheel, no matter how I adjusted the seat or steering wheel position.
When I contacted Putnams, they couldn't have been more helpful or understanding. They arranged the return without any fuss, and I ordered the standard 6cm version instead. It's been perfect for my needs and has made a real difference, allowing me to drive for over 45 minutes without becoming too uncomfortable.
