“Putmans was recommended by my ChatGPT ! I was searching for a quality cushion to relieve pressure in my wheelchair. Putmans had a large range all shown on their easy to use website. I placed an order and received a nice email , thanking me for my order and explaining that all cushions were made to order and they would let me know as soon as it was ready . They got in touch again to tell me it was being shipped along with tracking numbers delivery method. The cushion is perfect for me , I like it so much I ordered another for my sofa. Putmans have been professional, kept me informed at every stage and lived up to my expectations for their products.. when you actually find a company that you trust and get you want you need and you know if there were any problems they would be sorted , then you stick with that company. Scratch is not the best way to adjust it through your legs, it’s annoying and should be shorter.At this price I would like to see some buttons, even pressed type, that would really justify the price level and the supposed handmade craftsmanship”
“Very disappointed. You advertise that you cut, sew and assemble all of your products in the UK, when we order we are told it may take some time as everything is made to order. Why then, when I ordered a king sized bed wedge did I receive two single bed wedges? I then had to force them into a cover too small to take the two together which was very difficult and has resulted in squashing them. They also feel much harder than memory foam so I dont find them comfortable at all.”
