“I recently ordered a buckwheat pillow to be sent to my elderly mother (age 98, no internet or email). She received it with no problem but the leaflet inside referred to many types of pillow but made no mention of the buckwheat pillow. I therefore had to download all the information from your website (lots of good information), print it off and send it to her. I just wondered why all this information was not included in the package? Your customer support told me that as you offer so many types of pillow it's not currently possible to have a separate leaflet for each individual type. Seems odd when the buckwheat pillow is unlike most pillows, one that really needs information/instructions.”
