“I originally ordered the Deluxe 10cm Pressure Cushion with the Bony Parts Cut Out to help with hamstring tendinopathy. Unfortunately, it was just a little too high for me to use comfortably in the driver's seat of my car, as there wasn't enough clearance under the steering wheel, no matter how I adjusted the seat or steering wheel position.
When I contacted Putnams, they couldn't have been more helpful or understanding. They arranged the return without any fuss, and I ordered the standard 6cm version instead. It's been perfect for my needs and has made a real difference, allowing me to drive for over 45 minutes without becoming too uncomfortable.
It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers, and the quality of the cushion is excellent. I also love the fact that it's made in Britain, which is a real bonus as it helps reduce unnecessary transport miles. Highly recommended.”
