The return was striahtforward and the product was replaced by a thinner option which arrived within a few days. “I'm delighted with my Putnams wool knee pillow. I've used memory foam knee pillows previously, these are fine in winter but less good as temperatures rise. The Putnams knee pillow is all natural and is made from breathable wool and cotton. It supports my knees very well and is much more comfortable than memory foam. It has a strap to attach the pillow to the leg if required, but I prefer to tuck the strap inside the cover as it stays in place very well without. Highly recommended, particularly in warmer weather.”
