I bought the small neck pillow to aid my back pain and body alignment and the wedge pillow for my reflux issue contributing to my nocturnal epilepsy. They both work amazingly with the right mattress. The wedge pillow needs a good mattress support where as the small neck pillow acts as I very handy travel sized pillow. Odd looking but incredibly effective.”
