I had several updates on the process of my pillow and they gave me precise updates on its delivery.
I have had no problems at all, so I have not contacted Customer services.”
“The bony parts cut out cushion was delivered quickly and great packaging. Sadly I had to return it which was dealt with promptly. It slipped and moved on my office chair so I could not use it. It was very soft but also not really thick or supportive enough for me personally.”

“Over the years I’ve tried a myriad of different knee pillows as being a side sleeper they are crucial to keep my spine in the correct position. I can honestly say that Putnams is ‘best in class’ ….. its size, superb construction and attention to detail is the clear leader of the pack and being as it’s wool filled it doesn’t get hot like generic memory foam iterations. Put it this way if (hugely unlikely) was to malfunction I would buy another in a heart beat. I’ve wasted so much money in trying to find my grail knee pillow ….. the hunt is over!!”
