“Want to share some view of product and service. Before purchase Putnams original pillow called asked more information/ recommendation on it.. But lady wasn't really in mood to talk or recommend me something, doesn't feel warm customer service and at theendjust ask or I have any other questions to ask.. because of my condition at the time feel a bit desperate so anyway decided to have a go considering you can return within period of time while still in the bag.. And then received pillow packing cheapest as you can pack it. Just placed in basic parcel bag. Expect something little more protection for 100£ pillow, second if these people planting trees and going green that's 120% praise, but then maybe get something with 100% recycling mark or just recycled cardboard box.. When I opened that bag this custom made pillow completely killed me. So you have stated in your policy that if you want to return it have to stay in that sealed bag which is 100% acceptable, but why would you want to place that leaflet on that face side of the pilow on which you have to sleep and can't remove because of the bag..??? And finally on description it nicely said that pillow align spine and make that perfect position but it don't let your head sink in to it that foarm it just too firm maybe if you only sleeping on side it would be good for some people, but if you lay down on your back it don't let your head sink in to it and it feels like you laying on any hard pillow or yoga block it don't align with your whole body, spine. That's main reason why i returned.”
“This cushion was chosen be my wife because she was not comfortable with the standard one that was provided.
The Putnam cushion was very much appreciated by my wife and was a superior product in every respect.
