“I bought this for my spondeloses because it is bad with tightness and cracking because I have just started new pain killers. I found it very hard and uncomfortable and used it for a few days it was very uncomfortable and when I woke up my stiffness and cracking was worse I felt that this for the price was very expensive and it made my neck much worse. So it was a waste of money and I do not use it my own pillow is much better.”
