“The 95kg suggestion for the 10cm deluxe version is not very accurate, I am only ~75kg but got sore after sitting for long time on the 6cm standard version, the suggestion should take consideration of the surface of the cushion used on (hard or soft) and period of usage (long period more likely needs the 10cm version to stay comfortable) in deciding whether one should pick 6cm or 10cm variant. Still, the return is straightforward that all you need to do is post the cushion back in original package without having to ask for a RMA or so.....”
