“The pillow is lovely and is doing the job, however it does have the expected smell of new foam. Considering the cost I was disappointed that the pillow foam wasn't covered as well as then having a pillow case that could be washed, giving two covers over the foam to reduce the smell. At the moment I am finding that I wake up every morning smelling of foam rubber, which onto of being a Cpap user, isn't much fun for myself or my husband. I have considered buying an extra cover to reduce the problem but the covers are tight so I don't think a second cover would fit.”
“I have purchased the Cpap pillow from Putnams it’s fantastic I can now get a good nights sleep without my mask leaking air and feeling uncomfortable. The quality of Putnams products are amazing always created to address and resolve the issue/problem at hand. I have bought 2 bed wedges from them in the past for mine and my partners Gord. “Poor experience. Won’t be using again. I felt the Pillow was much harder than reflected the advertising and was not able to return as I had taken the plastic packaging off to try it with a fresh cover on as had not been aware of specific conditions for return that applied to that pillow only.
I do not think this was made clear enough at point of purchase. I now have a pillow that I cannot return and I cannot use.”

I have long standing problems with my back having caused minor compression fractures in my spine 5 years ago, along with a bulging disc L4/5.
My fault that I had already removed the pillow from its packaging so cannot return it.
I found the pillow too hard to be comfortable to lie on, so lessons learned.”
