“Subject: Review: Putnams Latex Topper – Great service, but not thick enough for firm mattresses.
I recently purchased a latex topper from Putnams to soften a hard mattress. Having owned a latex topper before from a different company, I chose Putnams specifically because reviews mentioned a lack of the strong chemical odour common with these products. On that front, I agree—the topper arrived completely odour-free, which was a huge plus.
However, I haven’t found that it significantly improves my sleep quality. This is likely due to the thickness; it doesn’t provide enough cushioning to counteract the firmness of the mattress underneath. If you are looking for a solution to a truly hard bed, I wouldn’t recommend this particular model as it doesn't offer enough relief.
Additionally, be aware that you cannot return the product after a trial period. I have given this 3 stars because the customer service was excellent and the lack of smell is impressive, but the product itself didn't meet my needs for comfort.”

Because my wife has heart abd blood problems the doctor recommened raising the head of our bed a few inches, upon looking for solutions I came across your foam wedges. “I travel a lot with work and I have a similar pillow from another company but they don’t do a travel size so I thought I’d try this one. I’d say this item doesn’t offer enough neck and shoulder support and is pretty uncomfortable and I woke up in pain. It was also way more expensive than my original pillow from a competitor brand. If I could, I would return it.”
