“i did try this with the plastic celothane on but withiut the strap did make it quite awkward to keep in place.
im sure this would help people like me who wake to back ache but, my problem was the bed i have which is too soft. so im sure if i had a frimer bed , i would proberly use this knee pillow for adding more alighment to the spine.”
