Took a bit of getting used to as I often sleep close to one edge of the pillow or the other, but with this one the gap for your neck is in the middle. That said, it is a very comfy pillow and although not a complete cure, it has made a significant difference to the aches and pains I was having so I can recommend giving it a go.”
