I got in touch and after speaking to a friendly lady she made sure the cushion was delivered the next day in time for my op..so customer service tops!! The cushion has been amazing and without it I dont think I would have been able to sit..I can recommend this to anyone having this type of surgery. “I have recently been diagosed with a hiatus hernia and reactive gastrophy. The hospital recommended that I raise my bed head by 6 inches. My husband managed to do this with our bed at home but it was not easy to do with our beds in our static and touring caravans. As I thought the raised bed at home was helping me I was anxious to find something that would work with our caravans beds. I therefore bought 2 pillow wedges from Putmans one double and one kingsize which are great. You don't feel the join (once you get the cover on properly) or where the wedge ends. The service was very good from Putnams particularly as I wanted one of the wedges very quickly as I was going away.”
“I bought the vulva relief cushions for obvious reasons, the cushions themselves are comfortable and supportive but for me, the cut out bit is in the wrong place - I had to make it bigger myself. I’ve yet to use it for any length of time but I’m hoping it’ll make sitting down bearable. The company are good to deal with and prompt to answer any questions - I wish I could say I loved these cushions as much as lots of other reviewers say but I can’t say I do - yet!”

Je vous contacte suite à l’achat d’un coussin anti-reflux effectué sur votre site Putnams.
Tout d’abord, son prix initial était déjà particulièrement élevé, ce que j’étais prêt à accepter au regard des promesses avancées dans votre description, qui évoquait des résultats exceptionnels, voire miraculeux. Or, après utilisation, je constate que le produit est loin de remplir les conditions annoncées.
Je suis un dormeur latéral, une fois installé dans le lit le coussin est instable il glisse sur le matelas et se met de travers, l'oreiller également glisse sur la surface ce qui compromet sérieusement son efficacité et le confort attendu, puisque je dors souvent sur les bords du coussin qui se déforment…Or la description du produit laissait entendre des bienfaits importants, en particulier pour soulager le reflux. J'espère que son efficacité concernant son but à savoir soulager mon reflux, va m'être utile à long terme, car pour l'instant j'ai des doutes…
Par ailleurs, je trouve que les frais de port étaient excessifs et disproportionné, pire encore, j’ai dû régler des frais de douane supplémentaires de 36€ à la réception, ce qui n’avait jamais été précisé de façon claire au moment de l’achat.
Cette absence de transparence est regrettable et contribue à un sentiment d’injustice quant à cette transaction.
Je tiens à exprimer mon mécontentement concernant cette commande, tant sur les résultats du produit que sur les frais annexes liés à cet achat.
