“Poor experience. Won’t be using again. I felt the Pillow was much harder than reflected the advertising and was not able to return as I had taken the plastic packaging off to try it with a fresh cover on as had not been aware of specific conditions for return that applied to that pillow only.
I do not think this was made clear enough at point of purchase. I now have a pillow that I cannot return and I cannot use.”

I have long standing problems with my back having caused minor compression fractures in my spine 5 years ago, along with a bulging disc L4/5.
My fault that I had already removed the pillow from its packaging so cannot return it.
I found the pillow too hard to be comfortable to lie on, so lessons learned.”
