“I'm mostly a side sleeper so it's only comfy for a short part of time in bed. Don't think it was the right product for my problem!
However the pillow roll is extremely firm and can be adjusted by taking out some of it's filling. I did wonder because the filling was wool whether it would make my head feel hot-it doesn't!”

“Putnams produce high quality products. However, this particular item caused extreme pain in my hips, knees and ankles. I assume it's because more weight is being pushed downwards into these joints. When I rang Putnams to organise a return I meant with an officious response. Yes, they want to charge a great deal for the return which I would have accepted, but the woman was so unpleasant to speak to I decided to sell it as second hand, used for just one night! Putnams need to take a serious look at the attitude of the after sales care staff.”
