“I had chosen the deeper cushion but found it unsuitable but Putnams were very accommodating and exchanged this and partial refund ( which I didn’t expect) The service is prompt and swift but most of all when you telephone you speak to a REAL PERSON and you get the impression that it is a firm that values service and customers. Was advised that I may receive reduced packaging trial packaging with my consent, but I don’t think I received that as it was wrapped in 2 plastic bags. It would be great to reduce plastic if possible.”
