“Good quality cushion wedge, personally I needed it too be little longer so that when I’m laying on my side it still supports my hips, I have folded a blanket to the same thickness as the slim end of the wedge, this has helped hold my hips in line.
I’m just under six feet so anyone shorter may not need to support their hips.
I don’t think I’ve used it long enough to review the affects on acid reflux at this dtage”
