Delivery was good and bag as described But dose not feel the best quality

Nice bag, delivered on time. However the delivery was poor. The bag was pressed flat into a plastic bag, and pushed through our letter box. I wasn't expecting that. It wasn't damaged but I was less than impressed by the squashed flat bag which I was giving to my wife as a gift. Won't be using this firm again.

Nicely finished overall but I am disappointed by the lack of space in the bag. It is quite narrow in the middle so it is hard fit a purse in comfortably. Also, I didn't realise it didn't have a double zip. Makes it awkward to manage especially as I have a disability with my hands.

The colour of the bag is not as expected.It is brown not the colour I ordered. I don’t wear brown. Will have to return it, rather annoying as I’m very busy at this time.

The bag is neat and attractive but the fastening is inadequate and comes open by itself.

Bought the Chatham tan bag which was beautiful ,but when received item it was all creased ,as it was for a gift I couldn't keep it ,if it was packed with paper and sent in a box perfect gift ,I bought a bag from your company last from another store which was absolutely lovely thanks .. I ordered a navy belt and got a black belt instead the black belt is nice but I had to go buy a navy one

Lovely bag, nice finish, quick delivery. Bit disappointed because there are no sides or ‘floor’ piece on the bag - just two pieces of leather sewn together, which restricts space inside.

I love the bag love the look & feel of the bag only problem I have is the magnetic closing keeps popping open I've only used it twice and had to keep the closing side against my body for fear of anything falling out

I have bought a few things from you with no complaints except the last purse I bought unfortunately I was losing all my coins in the zip compartment it is not finished very well at the end as it has too big a gap bit disappointing.

I love this company & have had a few bags from here, always very happy with my products. Ordered arrive the very next day, brilliant service. Unfortunately I am not at all happy with my latest bag. Ordered the Adley blush pink, so disappointed in the colour. It is more like a purple/brown than blush pink. I don't like the colour at all, unfortunately will not be able to return for different colour as I have my initials on it. So disappointed.

I have just received my handbag, described as nappa leather, but it doesn’t smell like leather. Is it a synthetic substitute? Slightly disappointed, but I suppose you get what you pay for! Caveat emptor!
