“Item was good quality and value for money but didn’t arrive in time for my husbands birthday. I hadn’t had any communication to say it had been shipped so emailed the company to ensure it was on it’s way. After no response I emailed again to receive an apology that it had been missed and not yet dispatched. I was assured it would be sent out as priority by next day delivery. It wasn’t so I had to email again to receive another apology that the warehouse hadn’t been able to get it ready for next day delivery. It finally arrived 1 week after the order was placed too late to be given as a birthday present. I was offered the opportunity to send it back when it finally arrived or to accept a small refund. I didn’t want the hassle of sending it back so accepted the small refund.”

“I’ve bought a few things from Pure Luxuries over the years and have never been disappointed or had any problems. This purchase was no exception. The belt I bought is great, the width fits nicely in my jeans and the leather is lovely. Overall a classic that’ll I’ll most definitely wear out. However, I would recommend that you measure yourself properly before placing your order though. I think the sizes are generous as I’m usually a large size so ordered without measuring. The first belt in large was far too big so needed to exchange for a medium, but my fault entirely. Even the refund process was flawless!”

“I am very pleased with the concka rucksack I recently bought from Pure Luxuries. I nearly had to send it back, however, as on arrival I couldn’t unzip the bag. After some time I managed to release the zip and found it had become caught in the lining. I have now trimmed the lining but it was annoying and surely bags should be checked before dispatch?”
