“I have many beautiful bags from Pure Luxuries and Conkca. The leather is superb, a wide variety of styles, fast free delivery. I have just ordered 3 bags, 1 for a gift and 2 for me. The leather backpack in Cherry was an amazing price, after seeing mine l had to ordered for a friend and another friend is trying to decide which colour to order. I am debating whether to order another colour myself. Highly recommended, really lovely bags”

“I love my Pure Luxuries bags - I keep coming back for them. I think I have 8 so far (+ 1 purchased for a good friend, she loves it and hasn't used any other bag since). I'm sure I'll think of an excuse for another at some point! The quality is excellent, delivery incredibly speedy and the choice of colours and styles is second to none. Also excellent value for such quality items.”

“I love all your bags,, the only bag i did not like was the one with the flat handles,the bag was a bit small aswell. i like the ones with the rounded handles.but love the varieties you have ,especially the bags with 3 compartments. .Very quick dispatch and returns are quick getting money back aswell. I have had few compliments with the bags i have bought from you.”

“Excellent service as the bag was delivered promptly. It is a beautiful bag and a lovely shade of blue. My mistake was to underestimate the size of the bag, it is larger than I expected. However as it is such a beautiful bag I decided to keep it. I am sure it will be useful soon”

“The bag I ordered was a totally different shade of pink than the one advertised and I have returned it. It has been over 10 days and still no acknowledgement of its return or a refund. According to the tracking on EVRI it was delivered, so it has been received. Loved their product descriptions, but now question its accuracy and their level of commitment to customer service when items are returned. Still waiting for my refund . . .”
