“I now have a few bags from this company, the quality of the leather is fantastic. If you have a problem for whatever reason just send an email and it should be answered really quickly and the problem put right. Can't fault them at all really, brilliant company.”

“I placed my order for a bag but made a mistake and Dan at customer services was so quick to respond and sorted out my issue for me, even though it was gone 5pm. The bag arrived just a few days later so very quick delivery. The bag was perfect - a great price and just as advertised. It was so well packaged too and there was even a returns bag included (not needed I hasten to add). I have used this company twice now and both times the bag has been perfect, customer service one of the best I have experienced, and so would not hesitate to use again in the future next time I need a new bag.”
