“Although the bag that I ordered arrived promptly and was of very good quality I found it much larger than I had anticipated, so unfortunately I did have to return it.i hope to receive my refund as promptly as my order.Thankyou very muck.”

“Bought the Chatham tan bag which was beautiful ,but when received item it was all creased ,as it was for a gift I couldn't keep it ,if it was packed with paper and sent in a box perfect gift ,I bought a bag from your company last from another store which was absolutely lovely thanks ..
