“First time buying from this company, so I was not sure what to expect as I had spotted their advert on Facebook. I loved the shape and colour of the shoulder/handbag they were advertising, and it was considerably reduced, so I was not sure what would arrive. The handbag arrived within 5 days of purchase and I love it, the quality is excellent, it is exactly as described, I can use it as a shoulder bag or as a strap bag for my wrist. The leather is soft and supple, the lining is a champagne/cream colour, the clasps are a gold metal colour. There is a large outside zipped pocket and 3 internal pockets, plenty of room for phone, makeup, etc. I don't like a large heavy bag as they cause my shoulders/back to ache, this bag is perfect for me. It arrived within 5 days, well packaged and was an excellent price, I have no hesitation in recommending this company, the advert was true to my purchase.”

“I placed my order for a bag but made a mistake and Dan at customer services was so quick to respond and sorted out my issue for me, even though it was gone 5pm. The bag arrived just a few days later so very quick delivery. The bag was perfect - a great price and just as advertised. It was so well packaged too and there was even a returns bag included (not needed I hasten to add). I have used this company twice now and both times the bag has been perfect, customer service one of the best I have experienced, and so would not hesitate to use again in the future next time I need a new bag.”

“Nice bag, delivered on time. However the delivery was poor. The bag was pressed flat into a plastic bag, and pushed through our letter box. I wasn't expecting that. It wasn't damaged but I was less than impressed by the squashed flat bag which I was giving to my wife as a gift. Won't be using this firm again.”
