“The team were amazing. Treated my dad with the utmost respect. My stepmum was so emotional and they made her feel at ease. When they brought him home they couldn't have been nicer. Everyone made this sad occasion much easier and I thank you for that. I will be recommending your services . Many thanks for a stress free cremation.”

“Everyone I spoke to or who contacted me were very kind,sympathetic and helpful during, what was for myself and my family, a very sad time. I am extremely grateful to you all. It was a time of my life I had always dreaded. Once I had made my first telephone call to you it was such a relief. Someone was helping me through. Thank you all very much.”

“This service was purchased by my late brother in law. Although I respect his decision and it is what he wanted. Some of the service wasn't good. It was made clear that all phone calls come through me from Pure Cremations as soon as my brother in law passed away. There were occasions that PC contacted my mother in law. They also told me that my brother in law was in their care at one point when in actual fact he was still with the coroner. Also didn't have the correct information of where the ashes were being delivered”

“From ringing them to my husband's commitall I cannot fault Pure Cremation. The service was compassionate, professional and caring. I had doubts after we'd paid for this but I am glad we chose this way, the service we had was more personal than some I've been to when they were conventional funerals”

“The concept is a very good idea but we had a few issues. Communication could be more fluent - it was disjointed. Problems with the paperwork resulted in a delay and was stressful, I had to chase it up. Staff were very pleasant though.”
