“We were treated with great respect and were spoken to in a way that wasn't mushy at a time when feelings were raw. This made things easier to cope with. Even the return of the ashes (which I dreaded) was beautifully done. Thank you all.”

“I used Pure Creamtions service recently when my Dad died in June this year. Unfortunatley due to living out of the country for several years his friends were to far away to attend a regular cremation and only a small amount of family remained. We decided with my Dad that it would be nicer to have a memorial gathering near to the family group and have an unattended cremation. I had heard of Pure Cremation from their TV advert so decided to call them. The call only took about 30 minutes and I paid by card on the phone. The next stage is you are allocated a contact person for any queries you have about the process. They give you a call about a week later and go through what happens with your relative once they are in their care. I had several questions not having know anyone who had been through the process or having gone through it myself. I found the call helpful and it put my mind at rest knowing exactly what was going to happen. Once Dad was in their care they let me know and then shortly after I recieved an email with the cremation date which I had to confirm. About 2 weeks after the cremation i recieved Dad's ashes which were brought to my door in a bag together with the paperwork and any personal effects. We then arranged a small family gathering where we could focus on his life rather than his death. I am glad that we choose an unattended cremation and think it is good to have alternative options to choose from. My experience of Pure Cremation was good and would reccomend it to anyone who is considering it.”
