Excellent service from start to finish. All calls were treated with care and respect. The collection drivers were very respectful. Would highly recommend Pure Cremations.

I don’t think they know the meaning of dignity in death as every time we get a day for the commital i get another phone call and tell me it is not happening, Then you get another day i don’t think having a loved one in the mortuary for 3 weeks is acceptable

Whilst we make every reasonable effort to achieve the provisional cremation date, we rely heavily on you and other third parties to provide the necessary information and documentation that is legally required for the cremation to take place. From the very first phone call, I was spoken to very politely by all the staff , such excellent service , nothing was too much trouble. They made a very sad situation much easier to deal with, with their kind words & compassion. I would definitely recommend pure cremation to people who wanted that kind of funeral

At first, I was personally hesitant to go down the Pure Cremation path and I would recommend first and foremost to have an open and frank conversation with your family before you commit but once we had done that, I was extremely happy with the service that myself and my family received upon the passing of my Father this year. At all touch points in the process, they were clear and concise with what to expect, professional, compassionate, and most importantly available for any questions or concerns we may have had. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service if it is what you and your family have agreed upon and are 100% comfortable with.

We understand it can be difficult for some to come to terms with this type of service, it's not a subject that is openly discussed enough and many are only familiar with the traditional type of service. We always promote the importance of an open discussion with loved ones about your wishes, so it's great that you did this. Happy with all your staff and service only part not happy with was you couldn’t give me a time for the actual cremation which is a very important part of the process

Dear Ms Williams, We will always confirm the date of the cremation as we understand this is a time families may choose to arrange a celebration of life, or remember their loved ones in their own special way. We do not confirm the time of cremation because there are many factors that can cause the arranged time to change and we feel it would be unfair to promise something that we cannot guarantee. Perfect & defo no fuss, just the way my dad wanted. Wonderful service & everyone I dealt with was kind, caring, friendly, supportive, listened intently, professional & calming in such a difficult & upsetting time. The service made the situation less stressful & I know my dad was taken good care of. My dad returned home to us, by the nicest gentleman & he was very discreet. Thank you Pure Cremation, you are a much-prefered service & we will be using you in the future... hopefully distant future. AJx

Our family found that the staff were courteous, respectful as my husband passed away unexpectantly. We were able to arrange his funeral although we didn't have a plan in place. We were able to have close family attend on the day and it was beautiful, private and very meaningful. The staff dealt with everything which helped us so much at that very sad time. I can't thank them enough especially as it was my husband's wish to use Pure Cremation. When his ashes were brought home it was very respectful.

I was a little sceptical when my dad first requested this. The people have been really helpful, friendly and supportive during a very difficult time. I would highly recommend this service.

I am not a customer however, a neighbour of ours was. Today, he was taken from his home and I just need to say that we saw the young men transfer him into the ambulance and both bowed their heads for a few minutes after closing the doors I was so impressed at their respect

Not the best way to say good bye- but staff were professional, empathetic, understanding. My mum did her plan in 2020 as she was in last stages of heart failure and she felt this was a good way to pay for her funeral in advance after seeing the TV adverts. She passed away in December 2021 after being in hospital for over 7 months and due to covid we were only able to see her 2 times . So as I was down to contact pure cremation, they were very friendly and help full when asking very hard questions such mums height, weight and going though all the paper work over the phone. as we live in North wales and as I had only help to fill in the paper work electronically , when my mum was 79 , it was a great shock to find that she would be taken to Andover in England to be cremated in there crematorium . I asked if I need to send clothing only to be told I could they would lay them on top of her over what ever she was picked up in. As I was a nurse I had asked my mum to be but in her PJ instead of the paper shroud. I was then informed about the process following the cremation.I was aware it would be 21 days for the ash to be returned , but was told I could get them sooner if I wished to pay £100 approx more. when They dropped my mum off after 21 days , she was delivered in a plastic urn with a picture of the seaside or sun set. can’t not criticise any of the people who I talked to as they were always friendly and were helpful. But the Advert and the paper work really sells how you as relatives can say good bye in the way u like . But for me as my mum had not opted for a service(£200 more ) and as much as she had been in hospital for 7 month waiting for her care package and passed unexpectedly and And the whole 7 months had been sureal due covid 19, it did not allow me or my sister and other family members to really to say goodbye and it start grieving process. I would not recommend this service to anyone unless they had no one or any family, yes it was cheep £1900 approx , but it’s not sweet . I also think that in the TV adverts needs to be very clear that you are not cremated locally unless u live in Andover ! as it’s in the small print very far on, and if you know your dying then u or family members will not want to read the ins and out as it’s upsetting when your love one asks u organise there funeral. I still want to thank the staff for there kindness when filling the forms and when I contacted them with any quires . The only reason I given all the stars are for the staff and so it’s hose on the front page!

It has truly been our honour to care for your mum and we thank you for your kind comments about our caring and dedicated team who supported you. We are sorry if you were not informed of the service we provide, we always express the importance of discussing the final wishes with the family. When a cremation takes place at our own crematorium the ashes are presented in our unique biodegradable container complete with the ceramic token that was placed on the coffin prior to cremation. The ashes are easily accessed for transfer into an alternative container if you would prefer. Kind regards, Mia

I was very disappointed in the way Pure Cremation handled some of the details for my late wife's cremation. After notification of my wife's death, they twice tried to contact my wife over the following weeks and even sent sales promotions to her after her cremation. After complaining they failed to reply to my complaint. The cremation itself and the return of the ashes was done very well

While follow up mailings are scheduled weeks in advance and cannot be stopped, I would not have expected you to receive telephone calls from our staff. I will look into this to understand what has happened so that we can do more to ensure that information is passed seamlessly between our teams in this sensitive situation. When so much sadness and grief is on your shoulders how can I begin to say thank you? My husband died rather sooner than expected, nothing was in place, but Pure Cremations took control of all the arrangements for me regarding the collection right through to the return of the ashes, keeping me informed every step of the way with kindness and empathy. Even the finances were sorted out quickly and smoothly. Thank you Pure Cremations may you long continue your work, so gently done.

Sincere, Professional, kept informed at all stages when my mom passed. Spoke to me at a very difficult time to confirm that she had been taken into their care now. I had already taken out a plan for myself and now feel safe in the knowledge that when my time comes I will be looked after in the same way. When I received the ashes it was a young man who delivered them and he was so thoughtful. I would recommend Pure cremation and would give 10 out 10 if I could. Thank you.

After many snags, beyond they're control, I have had first class service from Pure Cremation. They kept me informed at every step of the way regarding collection, transport, date of cremation, delivery of ashes (personal delivery to the door), etc after the death of my husband. A truly professional team with a compassionate and friendly attitude. Everything was taken care of. Highly recommended!

The most amazing professional and helpful people. I had a phone call 3am to say my mum had passed. Told the nurse Pure Cremation will be dealing with funeral arrangements. I waited until 8am to ring Pure Cremations to be told they had already collected my mum and all in hand. Kept me updated and informed all the qay through to the point of receiving the ashes, delivered to my home. Even had advice from the person delivering the ashes about scattering them. Could not recommend them enough.
