“I was apprehensive on calling but from the first call they was really kind, professional and made an horrific time so much easier . They remained supportive right to the end. We never felt rushed to make a decision and when returning our loved one’s ashes the compassion and respect shown was better than we could ever imagine”

“Very impressed with the service and professionalism which we received by Pure cremation. We didn't have a bit g budget for an expensive funeral but what we received in return was exceptional and great value for money. I would highly recommend Pure cremation to anyone , especially on a budget. The days of spending thousands of pounds on a funeral are changing and pure cremation are the way forward.”

“Excellent in all aspects...easy to arrange, keep you informed at every stage. Everyone i spoke to was compassionate and understanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. In fact, i have told my daughter that is what I want when my time comes!”

“I was very pleased with all my interactions with Pure Cremation. My arrangements were dealt with in a compassionate and courteous way and I was kept informed at every step of the process which is comforting when you are mourning the loss of a loved one. “Very good service dealing with my brothers cremation. Very respectful and did exactly what they were supposed to do, when they were supposed to do it. Very helpful on the phone and in person. Would definately recommend Pure Cremation. Excellent”

“Excelent caring people who delt with things very sypatheticaly. only improvement was I didn't realise we could enclose tokens (in our case 4 Roses )with the coffin. If my Daughter had't asked we wouldn't have it may be we hadn't read everything but if the question was asked to everyone it would be nice. We have elderly family and everyone celebrated her life in their own way. but replicating the 4 roses ment we were united although apart.”

“Very happy with Pure Cremation. Just one small point. My husband`s body was removed on 13th May,cremated on the 24th, I received a letter addressed to him dated 23rd. A letter beginning"Hi Eric" could be rather upsetting to somebody a little sensitive.”

“I found the staff very efficient and caring, they rang and kept me informed when they said they would and made me feel I could talk to them. If some one asked about your company and the service you offer I would recommend you without hesitation. Definately 5 stars!”
