“We had a lady called Rachel Jones who supported my family through the process. I cannot thank her enough for all her help and always checking in. Sadly dads service took longer to happen through no fault of yourselves but still we had a lot of support and we’re always on hand. Very grateful to these guys!”

“From the moment I spoke to Pure Cremations to when I received the ashes, everything went really smoothly, if I phoned they up with a question, it was answered in such a nice manner. When I received the ashes, Thank you for making this journey less painful.”

“At a very difficult time, pure cremation were very understanding and were a big help, making the day and ongoing situation a lot easier for us, the return of our loved ones remains could not of been better. The urn was beautiful.”

“The team at Pure Cremation were personable, friendly and considerate which sadly is not the same with all who work in this profession. They kept me informed of the process all along the way (which they pre-qualified with me beforehand, to check that was what I wanted). My father's ashes were personally delivered to me, with them sitting down and explaining any potential issues with the scattering of the ashes. They couldn;t have been more helpful.”

“My mother used pure cremation for her husband and said she wanted to is them when she passed on. And I did. The price was excellent. I was very impressed with there service very professionally done.”

“Would like to thank Pure Cremations for the professional and dignified service they have provided to me and my family. We lost both our parents within a couple of days of each other and pure cremations went above and beyond to offer us comfort and support and kept Mom and Dad together until the day of cremation. They were cremated on the same day and brought their ashes back to us together which brought us great comfort knowing they were not parted. The communication throughout we cannot fault and would highly recommend to others.”

“Absolutely wonderful service , as I did not no what to expect, as this is what my mum wanted . Everything along the way was explained very clearly and with compassion and kindness. “We were so impressed with Pure Cremation, we received phone calls when promised and were kept completely informed from the moment we advised them that we had lost mum. Everyone we spoke to was so considerate and kind, particularly Rebecca and the gentleman who returned mums ashes. Thank you.”

“The actual service itself is fine, however after being told they were waiting for paperwork that goes with the body before they could pick mom up, and then them not doing the little things they said they would do, it made the the whole thing more traumatic than it needed to be. The customer service needs a bit of a look at, at a time when you are dealing with death it’s not good to be lied too and given the wrong information. Be prepared for the attitude of no money no service, which I understand why they just don’t need to be so blunt about it! The ashes drop off service was actually very caring and professional which is more than I can say for Ashley who was supposed to be looking after us.”

“My brother wanted no fuss for his funeral, pure cremation is what he wanted. They were so nice, caring and patient throughout the whole process before when arranging the plan and then sadly a few days later after he passed. I would recommend them to anyone considering a no fuss funeral plan!”
