“From 1st contact they were very polite & sympathetic I was kept up to date with the process of my mother in law from start to finish . On delivery of my mother in laws ashes it was all with compassion. Highly recommend PURE CREMATION”

“Pure cremation took away all the stress and heartache connected with loosing a loved one. They were efficient, kind and courteous. The lady Emma, who delivered Mums ashes was kind and sympathetic also. I would highly recommend this service”

“Apart from the ashes coming home everything was amazing. The urn was really pretty. Driver could of had a bit more decorum and empathy”

“Don't use this company. The time taken between collection of the body and cremation was 6 weeks , communication was poor and the stress of delays was unacceptable. Return of the urn was however excellent with the lady delivering being very professional , the first Id seen at Pure.”

“We had no experience of using Pure Cremation or indeed any other direct cremation company. Pure came as a recommendation and I have to say that at every step of the journey Pure managed for our late mother, it was handled with compassion, knowledge and in a timely manner. Special thanks to Tracey (my contact) and Ryan who delivered mum home to me with great sensitivity and warmth. Can highly recommend the team and service at Pure.”

“I became aware of the different way you could arrange a cremation through TV ads but was rather unsure exactly how it would work. We had a crematorium service for my father but with my sisters, we decided to use Pure Cremation for my mother. It was incredibly straightforward and all of the people we dealt with along the way were very professional and empathetic. I cannot fault anyone, from the team who collected my mother to all of the teams and designated person who kept me informed during the process. It certainly didn’t feel impersonal in any way and I would definitely recommend Pure Cremation.”
