“Where do I start? At the beginning… the day my dad went over the rainbow Pure Cremation’s were there for us. The staff I called were so kind & listened to what I needed. They made my darkest hours easier to get through. The 2 guys that came to pick dad up, were very very professional. They listened to what we wanted & when they turned up , the waited till mum was ready. ( she didn’t want dad to go as you can imagine) they waited in the van till we were ready. The took good care of dad & called him by his name when ever they spoke to him or about him. The professionalism they had from the start was A1. The both said a pray when the put dad in the ambulance & slowly drove off until they were out of sight. We couldn’t have asked for anymore. The next day I had to call in again as I couldn’t remember what I was told. They went through everything again for me. There is some on they other end of the phone when ever you need to talk. I Would 100% recommend Pure Cremation For, ease, kindness, professionalism by all staff”

“This is my second time using Pure Cremation and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the first phone call, the care and understanding of the staff is outstanding. Every step of the way they consulate with you so that you understand each process. The delivery of the ashes was done in a very caring way and I certainly had a feeling that my loved one had been cared for whilst in their care. An outstanding company giving exceptional service. I would not hesitate to recommend Pure Cremation.”

“Had both decided before hand that we would each have a pure cremation. Unfortunately my Husband beat me to passing on first. Very professional hadn't sorted any thing out before hand. So was amazed how quickly everything was sorted. Can't fault the service and compassion that was shown to our family. Many Thanks.”

“Once my husband was in their care they were very respectful. At each stage they communicated with me. When the ashes were due to be delivered Pat rang me and gave me an estimated time of arrival, she arrived well within the time and was very kind and explained everything about the ashes and the paperwork. Would recommend!”
