“I found Pure Cremation to be very a understanding, efficient, caring group of people. All the individuals I spoke to, particularly Conner, were very kind. From the outset, Pure Cremation took control of everything, I was kept informed at all stages of Linda's Cremation. I had no need to worry about anything. The gentleman that handed Linda's ashes was also very understanding. Thank you. Frank Kemp”

“For the passing to the return of my father's ashes, I can not fault the service, with regular updates and easy to follow request for documents to delivery, I can't thank you enough. The staff were amazing, my father received the peaceful service he wanted.”

“Pure cremation were very helpful, very understanding and let us know at every step of the journey where my dad was and what stage of the process was coming up, giving us dates of upcoming events. “It was a very hard decision to make when my brother passed away as we are a very small family ,I heard from a friend of my brother who in fact has this plan in place so I thought why not just go with it I'm so glad I did it took all the pressure of me apart from filling in form and paying I did nothing ,all arranged by these good people very professional and compassionate ,ashes delivered by a lovely guy (Rhyn) very respectful ,I cannot fault these people oh and no hidden extras once you have paid your plan that is it,well worth it I'm so glad I went with Pure Cremation Thank You.”

“Not as smooth a process as it should have been. Repeatedly had to sign docusign forms, difficulty getting my mother's remains collected from the hospital. Best thing was the lovely person who delivered my mum's ashes.”

“Disappointing service this time. I've very sadly lost my father and mother within a 9 month period. Dad's aftercare with Pure Cremations was faultless and I've recommended your services to many. Dad's ashes were returned to me within a month of his passing. And I had telephone updates at each stage. However my mother, who passed away on the 10 February, has still not been returned to me. I chased via email last night, the cremation took place on Saturday 09 March, and received a response this morning advising the earliest date of return is the 04 April. I replied asking if there's anyway it could be sooner, that the wait is very upsetting, to be told that is the earliest date available. Very saddened...”

“The guys who collected my late mother were very professsional as has the rest of the team that I dealt with. My advice to others is to book an appointment with the registar as soon as possible to obtain the death certificate, have a web cam that will allow you to position it above any documents Pure Crem require rather than trying to move a laptop with a built in camera around to do the same thing. I would suggest that Pure Crem need need to rethink the design of their cremation urns. My mother's wish was to join my late father in a single urn and it was not an easy transfer and caused some issues but I got there in the end. Making it easier would take away any distress.”
