“They are very caring professional people that took great care to make sure my son was treated with respect and they took every step carefully to make sure his cremation was as promised. The lovely lady that came with my sons ashes was so caring and helpful. The love they share with you is so beautiful. I would advise anyone that need a loved one cremated please use this company.”

“I got a quote for my father who has passed, I then within 5 minutes after not continuing with the order got an offer of a £50 giftcard if i sign up now. Im grieving and your trying to pray on people in grief. This is NOT a compassionate company but a bunch of business men trying to get you to take high interest prepaid funeral package to pay for a funeral. You Should be ashamed, i spoke with my local funeral director and they explained alot of about you and now i can see it. SHAMEFUL!”

“Fantastic service from beginning to end. Great communication throughout and although the cremation took place without us present, we were able to know the date and have a day of reflection. We are looking forward to our own memorial service later this month and will have the ashes you returned to us there. The presentation box and card was beautiful. Thank you very much for a seamless service Pure Cremation”

“Pure cremation have just handled the committal for my father. The whole experience was seamless, personal & efficient with no nonsense involved. A small amount of online forms to complete which took less than 20 mins. They did what they did what they said they would do, exactly when they said they would do it. I had a personal case worker who kept in contact & Steph who delivered the ashes back was very empathetic & professional. Excellent value for money & having arranged several traditional funerals before this is by far my best experience in trying times. Well done & thank you.”

“Pure Cremation Ltd was the one and only choice for my late wife. The Plan fulfilled all her requirements and provided certainty and peace of mind. I had reason to contact Pure Cremation before and after my wife's passing. At all times they have provided the most personal, caring and informative service possible. Everything went seamlessly, with the utmost respect and empathy. In the near future, I will also invest in a Pure Cremation Plan.”

“At a very sad time I was kept up to date with the process and that process was explained clearly and sympatheticly. The gentleman who delivered mum’s ashes to me was a gentle soul and offered ongoing support. Very grateful.”

“I can't thank Pure Cremation enough for the service they provided. They displayed empathy, consideration and thoughtfulness from the very beginning to the day dad's ashes were brought home. I was totally shocked and upset when my parent's informed me they were going with Pure Cremation, I wanted a funeral and a service, but as time went by I realised it was for the best and it is something I would now consider for myself. Thank you again for looking after my dad so well whilst he was in your care”
