“The moment that I contacted you ,about the ssd lossof my brother , you all made a difficult time a lot easer. You kept me informed from start to finish. I was very happy with all the updates, throughout the whole process. When the remains were brought to me, the lady that delivered them, made me feel at ease, and we chatted about my brother which was lovely thankyou.”

“A few years sgo I took out a policy but after two years I cancelled because I realised it didn't provide the services I needed .Pure cremation is what it says a basic cremation unattended and furthermore u have no control over where the venue is Unfortunately I also lost over £400 over the two years as I could not not get the cash value of what I had paid in so customer be aware !”

“Outstanding from start to finish My beautiful fiancé passed away unexpectedly, and Pure Cremation were sensitive, compassionate throughout the whole process. From the initial call to see what’s involved, to when the gentleman delivered her ashes back home to me, everything happened exactly as they promised it would. I have no reservations in recommending them whole heartedly.”

“Pure Cremation managed all aspects of my husband's cremation with sensitivity and kindess which I couldn't fault. The only thing I would say is that I thought the ashes would bein an an urn, but they come in a sort of plastic tub, a bit like a kitchen recycling box! I am not scattering them but keeping them so had hoped for a small metal urn that would fit on a shelf but I guess I can always get something like that myself.”
