Pure Cremations guided me through the process of organising a simple cremation with consideration and care. Communication throughout the process was efficient and ensured everything was taken care of and went smoothly.

If you had been honist about the time from start to finish it would have been better than giving unrealistic times.

Very simple to deal with. All the staff I spoke to were gentle and kind. Every stage of the process was explained fully and carefully. Every stage was carried out exactly as described with no delays. Always on time

I would just like to thank everyone at Pure Cremation for the excellent, informative and caring service that I have recently following the lose of my wife. I was kept upto date with each stage of the cremation service process, which helped me through what is a very sad time. Once again a big thank you especially to Abbey

we cannot thank pure cremation enough for the care and dignity afforded to dad and to us as a family . from the moment we spoke to them everything was arranged efficiently ,but with respect. we were kept up to date every step of the way by a lovely lady named julia and his ashes were returned to us with great care. i am so sorry i do not remember the name of the loverly lady who brought dad home she was so compasionate and supportive to me and mum , it was very difficult for us but she explained everything with great care and did not make us feel rushed at any point . having been our first experiance of a direct cremation it has been so reasuring to us , going though this process that we know we have also made the right choice ourselves. thank you all so much for all you did too provide our dad with dignified care and for all your support to us as a family

Very good, apart from putting wrong address to Farnborough instead of Chelsea London. Also taking longer than expected to get his Ashes back to Chelsea, than the 5 days after cremation that was quoted more like 10 days. Fortunately I hadn’t made any arrangements for his arrival.

Responsive, supportive, and very respectful to me and my deceased husband when they came to take him into their care. Excellent service all round, his ashes returned in a timely manner. Would use their service again.

I chose Pure Cremation thinking it would less stressful way to carry out my wife's wish I didn't get off to the best start in my hast to get the forms back as soon as possible I signed in the wrong place this was the 3rd of Jan I was told about my mistake on the 12th of Jan I sent the correct form back . On the 12th the Coroner's office rang to tell me of the results of the Post Mortem They followed that up with an email saying that they had released the paperwork to you to enable the funeral to take place Saturday the 13th I got a letter from you saying that a Wet signature was required on the Authority to remove which was sent back by Recorded Delivery the same day Later the following week Im told that My wife would be taken into your care from the Mortuary in Stoke-on -Trent The dates are a bit of a blur by now I then get a phone call from Tracey telling me that my wife Had Not been picked up because the Mortuary was closed for lunch and instead of waiting the driver decided to carry on with their next collection Tracey could not tell me when my wife would be picked up, I could go on and on with my concerns but this is getting very upsetting to write I did get a phone call from Tracey telling me the Cremation would be on the 6th of Feb and the ashes would be deliverd in the 21days I rang up on the 5th of feb to confrim the Cremation would go ahead on the 6th and this was confrimed and the ashes would be deliverd on the 8th ( a bit of priority and compassion at last ). On the 8th I had a call from the driver telling me she was 1 hour away she did arrive within the hour and she was lovely a real caring lady. I have found my time in dealing with you very stressful and at times very upsetting All the staff I spoke to seem to be genuine and caring and for a very short time put you at ease

The service was excellent considering the circumstances Julia who i dealt with was absolutely brilliant they were all so kind and helpful made a difficult job so much easier with no stress at all. would and hav been recommending pure ccremations to all my friends and family.

Very good, kept me informed all the way from start to finished.& my my husbands ashes came home in a lovely box with a lovely scenery of the forest not scary at all, & the guy who delivered him was very sympathetic & said I can fone them anytime if I need to talk! I recommend them to anyone!

I found all of the Pure Cremation people exceptionally sensitive people both in person and on the phone who made what was a difficult time, less stressfull by their caring manner.

From the minute I rang Pure Cremation, I felt confident that we were doing the right thing. Everyone was so helpful, and we were kept informed at all times. We were told when the ashes would be brought to our home, and a lovely smartly dressed gentleman arrived with a beautifully packaged urn. He made sure we were both ok with everything before he left. Excellent and compassionate service all the way through.

Pure cremation took a lot of the hassle out of dealing with a difficult time. They kept me up to date with progress regularly and the cremation was completed in a timely manner. I was, however, a little surprised that they demanded immediate payment. Whilst I was able to cover the cost, I am sure many people might need to juggle funds to cover the cost. I found this element stressful.

If your loved one passes away at home, in a nursing home or hospice we will not ask for any money before we set out. We do require full payment before booking the cremation. In all other cases, we ask for full payment before bringing your loved one into our care. Kind regards, Mia

My 93 year old mother decided that when her husband of 71 years died, she wanted Pure Cremation to provide the final service for him. I'm the daughter and acted as the key contact person for the Pure Cremation team. As a family we can say, that Pure Cremation have dealth with every part of the service in a friendly, yet highly professional manner. The team kept in contact, as we were dealing with some obstacles and delays due to the Christmas period. We had complete confidence in what they said and did. My mother is so impressed with the team, and how they have handled everything, including delivering the ashes to her. She has now instructed me that 'when her time comes' she wants me to use Pure Cremation for her, and I needed to include that view in our review of the service. So, there is nothing more I can add! Thank you to all involved.
