“Sadly my dad passed away a few weeks ago. He had already sorted out a pure cremation plan. As his next of kin, I didn’t know what to expect. I would just like to thank all the staff from the people I have spoken with on the phone, the amazing gentlemen ( explained every step and were so respectful to my dad) that came for him, and the lovely lady Nicola who safely brought him back to me. Your empathy, consideration and kindness will not be forgotten. Thank you!”

“They do everything they say they'll do. They keep in touch, answer the phone every time and talk about your loved one as if they were friends of the family. There wasn't one occasion where I had correct anything.”

“Very good service, easy to communicate with, and professional service, but rather let down at the end by the " urn " so called which resembles a plastic box used for corn flakes.”

We have carefully chosen the container for its strength, environmental credentials, and its ability to securely hold our unique ceramic identity disc. However, we completely understand that preferences can vary, and every family is welcome to send us an alternative urn—we’re always happy to place the ashes in a container of your choice prior to return.
