“Pure cremation dealt with my father's cremation and were fantastic. When the last thing you want to do is think, and arranging things is endless, Pure Cremations did everything for me. I am so grateful my father took out his Pure Cremation service. The staff were very respectful and helped where they could, i can not praise them enough.”

“Couldn’t have been more pleased thanks you to all the lovely people who I spoke to when my lovely sister passed on the 14th January 2 lovely men picked her body up that evening I was kept informed and another lovely man brought her ashes to me thank you so much to all of you won’t hesitate to recommend you”

“Absolutely fantastic helped us with everything my mom was cremated on the 27th of February and returned to us on the 6th of March which was really lovely as it would have been her 87th Birthday Pure Cremation thankyou so much for everything x”

“From first contacting Pure Cremation after our loved one passed, they were brilliant. Kind and compassionate as well as so professional. We can’t compliment you enough. Ryan who brought our loved one’s ashes back to us was so lovely and our dads ashes were presented in a wonderful urn decorated with woodland trees and flowers with light filtering through. So appropriate. Thank you so much to all at Pure Cremation. Xx”

“After attending a friend's very sad and depressing traditional funeral last year both my husband and myself decided to have a private cremation followed by a party. We chose Pure Cremation based on their excellent reviews and I registered with them easily and quickly with their efficient and friendly staff. Unfortunately, my husband passed away suddenly within weeks of that. When I contacted Pure Cremation they could not have been more sympathetic and helpful and made what was a very stressful time for me, as uncomplicated as possible. Throughout my husband's journey to his cremation my contact, Julie was professional, respectful and empathetic, keeping me updated by phone at all stages. When his ashes were returned to me at home I was treated with the utmost respect and compassion. I can't recommend Pure Cremation highly enough.”

“Excellent they did everything perfectly and kept in touch with me all the time they took all Christine’s teddy’s witch she asked for when the men came to pick her up they wear very polite and when the lady returned the ashes back she was lovely that good I’m going to be having mine done with you x”

“The overall experience and service were good...but we had a slight delay due to getting paperwork from the hospital, which led to the cremation being delayed by 10 days, but Pure Cremation managed to get the ashes delivered to us in record time. Thank you.”

“Considering this is supposed to be a caring company, they dont call back, they appear to make problems when theyre arent any, quite frankly they couldnt organise a whatsit in a brewery. this whole experience has added a lot of stress and heartache to what should of been a simple easy caring experience. we are all shocked at how we have been treated”

“Hosp Morgue Essential. Do not die at home. Waited 7 hours for the body to be collected. Very distressing. Do not recommend.”

“Took over 2 weeks for them to collect my dad from the hospital, then another 2 weeks before he was cremated. I finally got him back , he was delivered in a plastic container resembling a cereal box in a jute shopping bag on the lane outside my house . There was no compassion at all . In fact my horses cremation was more dignified and thoughtful than pure cremation”

Dear Nadine, I would like to apologise for the delays faced in relation to your father’s cremation. I can see that it took longer than we would normally hope to bring your father into our care, but that there was also a delay due to issues with paperwork provided by the registrar. As soon as this was resolved we booked the earliest possible date for your father’s cremation and made sure that his ashes were returned to you 4 days (our normal timescale being within 21 days) following his cremation in acknowledgment of this, and to prevent any further delays. The containers are individually wrapped by a member of our team with a number of colourful scenes from a woodland setting to a beautiful coastal view. As a temporary urn they are far superior in look and quality to anything else provided by other crematoriums. I’m sorry that it disappointed you. A senior manager has been appointed to investigate your comments regarding where your father's ashes were left. “5th March 2023 Dear Catherine, Thank you for your invitation to write a review. I am very happy to comment on the service I have received from Pure Cremations. I knew I did not want to use the usual Funeral Directors, and my mother Nancy Bath did not want that either. I only found out about your company when my mother had died, and I had to face what I would need to do. I was given your number by the Nursing Home where she had been, and I cannot praise your company enough for the sympathetic and immediate response I was given when I called you. From start to finish it was so professional. The team that looked after my mother kept me informed all the way. She was 96 and all her peers were already long gone, and she had told me the only time we touched on death, that she just wanted to move off without any fuss….so that’s what you did for us. I cannot thank you all enough for everything. Claire who brought my mother’s ashes home last Thursday (2nd March) was delightful. A big thank you to her x. It is wonderful that your company can give such an intimate and caring service. Thank you so much. Janine Harris for Nancy Bath – cremated on Valentine’s Day, (which she would have loved).”
