“My husband had no plan in place, I phoned Pure Cremation when he passed away at 02.15 in the morning. Phone was answered straight away, and within 15 minutes it was all arranged by a very professional, helpful and sympathetic person. Within the hour they arrived to take my husband away, although I was given the option to keep him for a few hours if I wanted. The 2 men who came were, again, very professional and respectful. I was kept informed every step of the way, from my original phone call, right up until I received my husbands ashes, hand delivered in a lovely container. I would highly recommend Pure Cremation, and would like to thank them for making the whole process as easy as it was.”

“When my wife passed, just one week before our 45th wedding anniversary, the thought of standing at a grave side or watching a coffin disappear behind a curtain, horrified me and my daughter. Fortunately we had previously seen TV adverts for Pure Cremation, and quickly decided that the service they seemed to be offering might well suit us far better. The respect, sympathy and concern shown to us when I called them, made making a decision really easy. My wife's body was collected with the respect you would get from a traditional undertaker, and we were kept informed of how things were progressing all the way until her ashes were returned to us, again with the greatest of respect. We are so glad that we had chosen Pure Cremation, it took so much stress away from us at a time when we needed as much help as possible.”

“Excellent service, highly recommended. The process was made simple from start to finish, all communication conducted promptly and sympathetically, relieving the family of all the usual arrangements associated with bereavement. The staff were without exception polite, sympathetic, discreet and helpful, and we are grateful to all at Pure for easing what can be a difficult time”

“Amazing Service from the Pure Cremation Team - Scotland. I was kept up to date with all the steps from collecting my brother from the hospital right through to the delivery of ashes back to me, cannot recommend the company enough and even my close freinds are interested now, thanks again.”

“WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT PURE CREMATION. WHAT A FANTASTIC COMPANY THEY ARE. THEY TOOK THE MOST UPSETTING PART AWAY FROM US AS A FAMILY IN REGARDS TO MY DADS PASSING, THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING AND VERY PROFFESIONAL WHILST GIVING US A PERSONAL AND CARING SERVICE. WHILST PURE CREMATION THEMSELVES COULDNT COLLECT MY DAD ON THE DAY OF CHOOSING. THEY CONTRACTED A PRIVATE FUNERAL HOME TO COLLECT HIM AND KEEP HIM SAFE WHILST THEY SORTED THINGS OUT. THESE GUYS WERE BRILIIANT AND VERY CARING. WE WERE KEPT UP TO DATE ON EVERYTHING TO DO WITH MY DAD AND EVEN DOWN TO THE CONTAINER MY DAD WAS SENT BACK TO US IN. WE ASKED FOR THE OCEAN VIEW ONE BUT WAS TOLD NOT IN STOCK BUT THEY MANAGED TO GET ONE AND DAD WAS SENT HOME TO US IN THIS. PURE CREMATION HELPED US IMMENSLY IN REGARDS TO SUCH A VERY HARD TIME WE WERE GOING THROUGH AS A FAMILY AND I DONT THINK IF WE WOULD HAVE GONE DOWN THE FULL FUNERAL PROCESS WE WOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN A BETTER SERVICE.”

“A weight off our minds at a very trying time! I honestly can't fault Pure Cremation. I called on spec with nothing in place - they sorted EVERYTHING! It's what dad wanted, so it's what dad got. Very proffessional and sympathetic. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks PureCremation for everything.”

“From the preparatory discussions until Mums ashes were returned, Pure Cremation delivered a professional and highly dignified service. Bowed heads on Mums collection, compassionate listening from the deliverer of Mums ashes and regular understanding communications ensured this sad occasion was made very much easier. I cannot recommend Pure Cremation enough.”

“I cannot thank Pure Cremation enough for making the process so simple and comforting. They were there for me 24/7 .... every step was explained and with empathy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pure Cremation. From the moment my mum passed away to the day her ashes were delivered back home. I could not speak more highly of everyone connected with them. Our heartfelt thank you to all concerned.”

“I am so glad I chose to use Pure Cremation for my dad...from the first call to the day his ashes were handed to me everyone was so friendly and helpful with how I was feeling after losing my dad...I was kept informed of everything both by phone and e mail throughout the whole process...its something myself and my husband will do when our time comes and I would definitely recommend Pure Cremation to friends and family”
