“For anyone wanting to dispense with the ceremony of attending a funeral Pure Cremation is absolutely the way forward. All staff were sensitive, polite and compassionate. We will say farewell to Mum in a Celebration of Life where we can share stories and remember all of the great time we had together.”

“My father-in-law recently passed away and before he died he specifically requested no funeral, just a straightforward cremation and to have his ashes interred in his wife's grave. Having used Pure Cremation 3 years ago when my mother-in-law died, we had no hesitation in using them again. The service from start to finish is highly professional and, having been assigned a dedicated member of staff, we were kept informed of what was happening at every stage. All of the staff I dealt with were genuinely caring, kind and understanding and I couldn't fault them. I would not hesitate to use Pure Cremation's services again.”

“I wish to express my thanks for the overall service given to us by Pure Cremation. It was from the start, professional and helpful throughout, regardless of whom I was communicating with. To our family, this type of undertaking was completely new but suited our circumstances perfectly. We were particularly happy with the committal, being a small family, we were able to say goodbye our way.”

“As the advert says, the people at Pure Cremation really are 'lovely'. Everything was handled efficiently but also with genuine compassion. They were easy to get in touch with, went out if their way help and kept us informed throughout. I would especially like to thank Isobel, who was so kind when I was struggling a bit with how impersonal this can be. Also the man who returned dad's ashes to me, (sorry forgotten name), his genuine care really helped me with something so difficult. I would recommend Pure Cremation to anyone who does not want a traditional funeral.”

“It was a pleasure to use Pure cremations. It's always an anxious time when you lose a close family member. But the staff were absolutely lovely.Nothing was too much trouble.Many thanks to everyone , but especially Katie who was always so helpful. I have recommended pure cremations to two couples who are friends. Two have already taken out a care package and the other two arelooking into it. And I myself have already got my funeral plan.. Thank you for everything .”

“The service given was excellent and everyone I spoke to was professional and caring. The only comment I would make is that it would have been nice to have been told the timing of the cremation as well as the date, otherwise we were very pleased with the way we were dealt with. Thank you.”
