“An absolutely fantastic company. All the staff are kind , caring, supportive and professional. They kept us up to date with the days things were taking place so we could have our own get together. The lady who brought my mother home was lovely and very caring. This is the second time we have used them as we had such a good experience the first time.”

“Very considerate and sympathetic to our situation. Every conversation I had with Pure Cremation was so professional and thoughtful. My Fathers ashes were hand delivered by a lovely lady who made my Mother feel very comfortable and her feelings were at the forefront. Couldn't recommend enough.”

“At the saddest of times Pure Cremation treat you with dignity and respect. They provide help and advice at a time when you may not be able to think straight. They are kind and considerate and give you time to express your thoughts and feeling on losing a loved one. They guided me through every stage of my recent bereavment and were at the end of the phone for all questions or queries.”

“Very pleased with the service provided by pure cremation . The staff were very helpful and compassionate and we felt at ease arranging our mum’s cremation . The whole experience was stress and worry free. We now have Mums ashes back and can arrange our own celebration of Mums life.”

“No fuss does what it says. Our mother did not want a service or any fuss over her passing. We are glad we chose pure cremation. They kept us upto date from picking mum up from the hospital to delivering her ashes to us. Very professional and compassionate.”

“My dear wife recently passed away and in compliance with her wishes for a discreet and private end to her time on this earth I contacted Pure Cremation. This is where discreet and private ended. Two gentlemen, who I cannot fault, arrived outside my house to collect my wife in a van. Emblazoned with the company name for all my neighbours and every person on the journey into my street to see I was appalled. Why are you using my wife's death to advertise your services. The van drivers were polite and showed me every kindness. Around a week later I was with my brother and I noticed I'd missed a call from Pure Cremation. I thought I'd missed the call confirming my wife's return me. I immediately called back A young man confirmed who I was and then launched into a sales pitch for cremation plans for me. I was taken aback, is this call not about the return of my wife, I asked was he aware my wife was with his company and not returned yet. I thought perhaps he'd seen me researching the Web site. He confirmed he did know and did I want any information. I was sickened and angry. Despite knowing my wife had still not been returned home he still made the call to sell me something. I wouldn't want anyone to go through the pain I went through with this company so I cannot recommend.”

“In their brochures they clearly laid out everything they would do in the event of a death in our family. Un-expectantly my wife was taken suddenly and they were there 24/7 helping in every possible way. They provided an excellent, caring and fully supportive service throughout this very stressful and trying time. A really excellent Company that takes away a lot of the worries and provides a dignified service. I truly recommend them for their loving, caring attitude and attention to detail. Thank you all for what you have done.”
