“We as a family where very happy that Pure creamation arranged all the necessary paperwork transactions and dealt with the hospital on our behalf allowing the family to grieve without further pressure at our time of loss”

“Cannot fault the professionalism, understanding and no nonsense factual approach we got form day one. This is exactly what mam wanted and I received personalised updates regularly every step of the way. Plus she was delivered home to us exactly as planned by another lovely professional who explained the next steps should we need to use them. Thank you for making such a difficult time a little more stress free”

“If you decide to go down this route rather than a traditional funeral you can rest assured that your loved ones will be helped all the way, I recently lost a close relative who had prepaid for this service and their help and support was invaluable, I was dealt with with courtesy and empathy no matter what I phoned for. Thank you Connor who was my main contact at Pure Cremations but thank you also to the rest of the team.”

“What a godsend my Mum chose to have Pure Cremation in place for what she knew would be such a difficult, sad and stressful time. One phone call was all it took to set the wheels in motion, a call made at 1am when I couldn't sleep after getting home from watching my Mum die in hospital. Considerate, empathetic and smooth from start to finish allowing me the time to grieve without pressure, and no acting as a go-between for family members, everyone knew the decisions were final and made by Mum. Can't recommend highly enough.”

“We have used Pure Cremation twice and both times it has been efficient and well organised. At a difficult time, this service makes it all so much smoother and bearable. The staff were courteous and thoughtful on the phone and kept us informed at all stages. I would highly recommend them.”

“I have to say that during my loss of a family member, pure cremation were professional and helpful on all calls I had to make. Plus the patience to wait for payment and believe all services there after were fantastic. All staff went above and beyond.”

“Alex was kind and caring, talked me all the way through my dads funeral plan excellent people skills. Only problem that I had was my dad died at home police was present at the time of his passing so they rang local undertakers as from what I was made aware pure cremation do not pick up if you pass away at home so adding more stress on having to pay extra fee to funeral home before releasing him to pure cremation team.”

“Connor, was our point of contact, to discuss what the family wanted for Ena. He kept us informed every step of the way, of Ena's journey from the hospital, where she passed away, to her ashes coming back home, to her family. From receiving Ena to coming home, Connor offered all that was available from visiting in your chappel and a date when the cremation would take place, the family was very grateful for the consideration given at this very sad time when the very loved, head of the family passed at a grand age of 91 years, young. Thank you.”
