“I was treated with dignity through the various stages. I was very upset when my wife's ashes were handed to me.your driver was very sympathetic I think it would be very good advice to tell whomever is receiving the ashes to be accompanied by a near relative.”

“Pure Cremation gave a very professional and empathetic service from the start of the process to the end. I was kept fully informed at all stages by staff who sympathetically made contact with me. I cannot find fault with any process at all. Very impressed with the service provided.”

“I would just like to say although we had taken all the necessary measures to ensure my father was comfortable in his final hours, we were poorly prepared for what to do when he eventually passed away, peacefully in the arms of his wife and daughter. We made several enquiries to various people and the authorities, who were understanding, albeit somewhat sterile in their response. We eventually contacted Pure Cremation, in hindsight, this should have been our first port of call and got through to you. Answering lots of questions at that particular moment in time, although essential, was something I would prefer to have avoided, however, You made it so easy for me, you were patient and very understanding even when asked to constantly repeat yourself. Our options were detailed and clearly explained, being reassured not to worry, as changes could be made if needed later. The conversation finished with me feeling confident with Pure Cremation and more at ease. knowing our father was going to be looked after from that point on put all our minds at ease, allowing us to return to comforting each other in our loss, rather than get concerned about what to do next. The technicians you sent to collect our father were also very professional and extremely sensitive to our needs. They were very polite and intuitive taking the time to explain the procedure, and giving us time and space to come to terms with this process, a process that could potentially be extremely upsetting. They did this with great care and consideration, maintaining the most important thing for us, our father's dignity. Please pass on our utmost respect for them both. Thank you for handling our enquiries with such professionalism and so compassionately. As a result of your actions, we will be happy to recommend Pure Cremation.”

“The whole process was carried out with so much respect & dignity for my dad. The gentleman who called & brought dad home was nothing but proffesional. The stress of arranging a funeral at such an upsetting time was completely removed yet i was kept informed throughout. Many thanks.”

“Outstanding service from Pure Cremation Only one concern was cremation didn't happen on the day I was told. It would have been really nice just to have had a call to let me know of delay as we had arranged a family gathering for that day Other than that the help and comfort from this company was above and beyond The stress of dealing with coroner and official papers was taken off my shoulders My contact .. Julia was more than helpful and very supportive Even the lady who brought my husbands ashes back was courteous kind and friendly A wonderful comany I would recommend xx”

“Dad passed on last year sadly followed by mum this year. Pure Cremation dealt with dad so professionally in an honest and straight forward way with compassion and may I say it but a loving way that put me at ease when I needed a friend who knew what I needed at that difficult time. It all went brilliantly. So when mum passed on I had no hesitation in putting mum into there care and hands. Again, it all went exactly the same way. I honestly couldn't praise pure Cremation enough.”

“The professionalism and caring of the staff during this very sad time. was exceptional throughout the whole process from the collection of the body to the return of the ashes, every phone call, email was treated confidently but in a very respectful way, and nothing was too much trouble on behalf of the family, Thank You”

“After considering how many of our family who are now in their advanced years and living a long way away in this country and abroad my wife and myself decided to take the Pure Cremation route after reading their promises. My wife died December 2022 and Pure Cremation upheld every promise they made from the minute I informed them of my wife's death until her ashes and wedding ring were returned to me at our home address.
