“Very happy with Pure Cremation. Just one small point. My husband`s body was removed on 13th May,cremated on the 24th, I received a letter addressed to him dated 23rd. A letter beginning"Hi Eric" could be rather upsetting to somebody a little sensitive.”

“It was with great sorrow that our use of Pure Cremation was used so recently,however how refreshing that it was to find a company in this day and age that was as professional, sympathetic, ameniable and understanding as to the situation as were Pure Cremation wonderful service from a highly professional team. “I found the staff very efficient and caring, they rang and kept me informed when they said they would and made me feel I could talk to them. If some one asked about your company and the service you offer I would recommend you without hesitation. Definately 5 stars!”

“My father did not want a funeral because he believed it would mean our family would have to mourn him twice. Thus, upon his passing, I consulted Pure Cremation. They were incredibly helpful, professional and considerate, give our recent loss. A representative kept us in touch at all times and were clear that we could call any time if we changed our minds over the different aspects of the process. It is very upsetting losing a loved one but Pure Cremation made sure that there were no additional causes for grief.”

“I was nervous at first as personally had no experience of Pure Cremation or knew anyone who had. At a very sad time of planning this for my lovely sister on my first phone call my mind was put at ease. My first point of contact Rachel was very kind and sensitive at every stage communication excellent! I was very anxious waiting for my loved one's return but once again a very kind man Ryan brought her home and was so caring and made sure I understood everything and made sure I was ok before leaving. This was all within 3 weeks.”

“Pure Cremation were wonderful from the first call up until the delivery of ashes. They were in regular contact. They were very accommodating when we had to make particular arrangements when sorting the delivery of ashes. The delivery was discreet and considerate. Thank you all.”
