“Excellent service from start to finish. From the first phone call I made after my mother's passing they were Professional, caring and sympathetic. They took a lot of the stress from me at what was a stressful time.”

“Pure cremation took care of my partner of eighteen years cremation they were in constant contact with me and explained everything to the full they even transported my loved one back home to me excellent service for a very sad time for me thank you”

“I would like to thank you very much for your professional manner, you treated myself and my beloved husband and mother. In what is a very stressful time. You kept me updated throughout their journeys with compassion and respect. “From start to finish everyone I contacted was very helpful at this very stressful time.the lady that brought the ashes was very very nice from knocking at my door to leaving.i was very pleased with her appearance.very smart and put me a ease .Thank you all so much”

“We wanted a simple cremation before celebrating my dad's life when his ashes are placed with my mum, grandad and grandma. Pure Cremation gave clear guidance on what was involved and called me (the same person Julia) at each stage. Not having to worry at a difficult time was a great help.”

“From the moment I had to call Pure Cremation to let them know our love one had passed they couldn't have done more. They were so supportive and friendly. We felt that our loved one was very looked after. This was all new to us. We've never had to deal with a death in the family before, but everyone we spoke to was very supportive and I never felt like any of my questions were silly. The called many times to let us know what was happening and talked about our loved one with warmth. In the last few days of her life our love one lost a lot of her dignity from her terrible illness, but I felt like Pure Cremation restored that, dealing with everything in the most dignified way.”
